FULL TIME / 8AM - 5PM / 8 HOURS PER PAY Responsibilities: Provide advanced programming and systems analysis support for strategic/tactical projects. Participate in all project lifecycle phases: definition, estimation, design, programming, implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and documentation, with emphasis on integrated hospital/corporate systems. Offer technical guidance to entry- and intermediate-level programming staff. Lead and coordinate team assignments and goals. Design, develop, and implement information systems aligning with departmental objectives within broad guidelines. Utilize practical experience to develop operational technical knowledge and foster business relationships. Integrate technical skills with business knowledge to deliver effective information systems solutions. Manage all activities from project review to final implementation with minimal supervision. Respond to software malfunctions and support operations and users to resolve issues.
Qualifications: Associate Degree with 6+ years of experience including 3 years in ERP, or Bachelor Degree with 4+ years of experience including 2 years in ERP. Relevant IT study area or related field (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology, Radiology, Mathematics, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Medicine). Project Management Certification preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, analytical and documentation skills.
Skills and Competencies:
Ability to contribute technically to strategic and tactical projects. Ability to lead complex tactical projects independently. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Effective interpersonal skills when interacting with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of application/network/server troubleshooting, remote support tools, Active Directory, and disaster recovery planning.
