Who we are:
Full-time Veterinary Assistant
Compensation: $16.00 - 18.00 per hour
Schedule:

• 4- or 5-day schedule available

• Monday to Friday

• One to two Saturdays each month

St. Francis Animal Hospital is a thriving six-doctor small animal practice centrally located in Roseville, MN. We are seeking a friendly, customer and team focused Veterinary Assistant to join our outstanding team and help us provide compassionate care for our patients and clients.
Our Services Include:

• Preventative Care

• General Medicine

• Exotics (rabbits, ferrets, small mammals, ducks and chickens)

• Dentistry

• Digital Radiology

• Ultrasound

• In House Laboratory and Pharmacy (online pharmacy also available)

• Surgery

• Utilization of Fear Free Techniques

• Behavioral Services

• Hospice and Palliative Care/Euthanasia

• Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine/Herbal Therapy

• Acupuncture

• Laser Therapy

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Provide excellent patient care and client service

• Patient Restraint in exam rooms and treatment areas

• Ensure hospital cleanliness and organization

• Hospital laundry

• Walking and feeding patients

• Maintaining patient kennels

• Awareness of patients' emotional and physical wellbeing

• Cleaning and sterilizing surgical instruments

• Digital radiology procedures

• Maintain medical records

• Utilize hospital technology - AviMark, multiline phone system, email, voicemails, PetDesk, VetSource, and Slack

• Other duties as assigned
