Adult Psychiatrist
to join our team in Malden, Massachusetts. We Offer: CME support – yearly reimbursement plus free CME credits within our system annually Full malpractice coverage from day one, including tail coverage 40 days of paid time off for full-time clinicians, including holidays Work/life balance with flexible schedules, including four-day workweeks, one day administrative, and telehealth options as panels are established Opportunities for moonlighting on inpatient services, with the new Tufts Medicine Behavioral Health Hospital opening in November 2025 Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations for adult patients, primarily for depression and anxiety, with some schizophrenia cases Prescribe medication and provide ongoing care, managing a panel of approximately 315-400 patients Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance patient treatment Grow your expertise in areas of interest Team Collaboration: Work with a team including four psychiatrists, a psychologist, and six psychotherapists, supported by administrative staff and a psychiatric clinical assistant Candidate Requirements: MD or equivalent, eligible for Massachusetts medical license Board-certified or eligible in Psychiatry Enjoy teaching and supporting colleagues' development Passionate about caring for adult patients Value collaborative, compassionate, impact-driven work environments Compensation:
