About The Role
Were looking for a self-driven, growth-minded account manager with a proven track record of success to join our hybrid-remote US-based Account Management team. As an account manager at Rippling, you are the CEO of your book of business. You will be the primary relationship owner for your customers, guiding them in optimizing Ripplings HR products and solutions, navigating complex issues, and leading initiatives to meet objectives for customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth. What You Will Do Proactively engage customers during key lifecycle events such as go live, benefits renewal, executive reviews, and contract renewal. Consult with clients to understand their HR, IT, Finance, and global workforce needs through a solutions-based approach. Build relationships with multiple stakeholders through remote and in-person meetings to navigate the sales process. Negotiate and coordinate customer procurement and contract execution. Manage a pipeline of cross-sales, product upgrades, and renewals to meet monthly targets. Develop knowledge of Rippling products via customer adoption strategies and prospecting. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and influence product development. Take an entrepreneurial approach by being proactive and strategic, tailoring your approach to each customers needs.
What You Will Need
3+ years of SaaS experience in account management, sales, or customer success. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas through product sales and upgrades. Creative drive to win customers and think outside the box. Ability to conduct consultative discovery and structured sales meetings. Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships. Effective communication skills and good people instincts. Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. High integrity and enthusiasm for building a long-term company. Courage to challenge the status quo and fix issues when identified.
