About The Role Your role is focused on providing leadership of a market within an office of CannonDesign. This includes developing and leading high-performance, diverse teams focused on the development and implementation of the Market Business Plan. You will contribute to the firm's success in business development, client engagement, team leadership, mentoring, and advancing work quality. You will be responsible for integrating design services, managing processes, and delivering solid financial performance. You will also act as a brand ambassador, championing Living-Centered Design and embodying the firm's purpose to help people flourish in every client interaction. Here's What You'll Do Support market growth through new business opportunities and client relationships, targeting at least 10% annual growth. Lead and engage with clients on projects, fostering innovative solutions and long-term relationships. Enhance the market's brand externally and internally through speaking engagements, writing, and other activities. Support practice development by mentoring team members and recruiting talented professionals. Areas of Focus Market Leadership:

Develop strategic initiatives and a business plan to drive client engagement, market differentiation, and team growth. Top Line Development:

Grow the market's revenue by pursuing new clients and nurturing existing ones, aiming for a personal target of $3.0M in net signed fees annually. Client and Team Leadership:

Demonstrate active commitment through project work and leadership. Market Understanding:

Identify trends and opportunities, staying informed about best practices and research-based design. Bottom Line Success:

Collaborate on business initiatives to ensure profitability, targeting at least 10% profit margin. Staff Development:

Mentor, recruit, and build a diverse, high-performing team, fostering leadership and a positive work environment. Here's What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering preferred. Minimum 12 years of experience in strategic growth, market, and team leadership within the S&T Market. Strong presentation, leadership, and business acumen skills. Ability to inspire teams and demonstrate sound judgment. Willingness to travel as needed.
