Include but not limited to module design review, assembly process development, TRA and handle the module relevant qualification.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Power module package/assembly design rule and roadmap development;* Review the packaging drawings and assure them to meet the design rules, including package outline, EQ list, build kit, PCB/Substrate drawing, and etc;* DFA/TRA review of power module designs with related subcons;* Work with design team, assembly house, SMT site and material vendor to develop and qualify new materials and new assembly processes;* Coordinate with internal team to identify the module package related risks, addresses the root cause and find the solution;* Sum up the experience of module package design, SMT process and maintain the design rule;* Process design rule development

REQUIREMENTS:* Hands on experience on IC assembly, stress simulation, PCB/Substrate design and related fields.* Familiar with AutoCAD, or PCB Designer Standard, CAM350 or Cadence software;* Good knowledge of Assembly, SMT, Substrate and PCB process;* Master's degree or above.Monolithic Power Systems, Inc.
