Overview Yudrio is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience in Salesforce, specifically with Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud. This full‑time role supports a federal government client and requires hands‑on leadership in delivering Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will be a certified PMP with a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross‑functional teams, and delivering results within tight deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce projects with a focus on Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud implementations.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with client needs and federal standards.

Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Facilitate communication across internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

Identify risks and proactively manage issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular project status meetings and maintain all related documentation.

Apply federal project management standards and Salesforce best practices.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field

Certification: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Salesforce Experience: Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud projects

Salesforce Certification: Active certification verifiable in Trailhead

Project Management: Proficiency in PM tools, methodologies, and processes

Clearance Eligibility: Able to pass background and credit checks for Public Trust

Employment Type: Must accept W2 employment

Citizenship: U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud configuration and delivery

Familiarity with federal agency processes, compliance, and IT environments

Strong communication skills, with ability to lead meetings and report to stakeholders

Proven leadership in guiding cross‑functional teams

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
