Documentation
H&Ps, progress notes, discharge summaries

Pediatric Admissions: ~550/year
PICU Admissions: 250–300/year
Pediatric ADC: 6 | PICU ADC: 3
Subspecialty Support: Cardiology, Pulmonology, GI
Monthly Subspecialty Clinics: 1–2x/month
