Level III Trauma Medical Director (PT)
Madisonhealth, a rural Idaho healthcare network, aspires to obtain certification as a Level III Trauma Center in Idaho and is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trauma Medical Director (TMD) to lead its trauma program. The TMD is responsible for oversight of clinical care, trauma system coordination, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance. The TMD is accountable for ensuring a high standard of trauma care delivery in accordance with Idaho’s trauma designation guidelines.

Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
BC/BE surgeon, or an American College of Surgeons Fellow.
Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Idaho (or eligible for licensure).
Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification – Instructor status preferred.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in trauma care with preferred prior leadership or administrative experience.
Experience with trauma system operations, trauma registry use, and PIPS program leadership.
