Solutions Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Clinic Director who combines exceptional clinical expertise with strong leadership skills to guide a talented team and continue building a thriving, patient-centered practice.
Qualifications:
Energetic, experienced leader who loves clinical care and team development.
Minimum 4 years of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
At least 2 years of experience in a Clinic Director or similar leadership role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire a team
Expertise in orthopedic and/or sports physical therapy
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and Virginia PT license (or eligibility)
Responsibilities:
Bring our Core Purpose and Core Values to life in the clinic while delivering clinical and financial excellence
Hit revenue and net operating income targets—quarterly and annually—aligned to our clinic operations and budget
Achieve team engagement goals
Empower clinic team to deliver a customer experience that meets company expectations
Maintain company compliance standards
Skills:
