Senior Site Reliability / GitOps Engineer
Canonical is a leading provider of open‑source software and operating systems, best known for the Ubuntu platform that powers the global cloud, AI, data science, and IoT ecosystem.
The Information Systems team supports all of Canonical’s IT production services, including the services used by more than 60 million Ubuntu users.

Develop skills in troubleshooting, capacity planning, and performance investigation, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch.
Provide assistance and collaborate with globally distributed engineering, operations, and support peers.
Allocate uninterrupted development time to focus on large projects and manual task automation.
Share best practices and mentorship in design sessions and pair‑programming.
Lead final responsibility for time‑critical escalations.
What we are looking for in you

Affinity with various forms of Linux storage, from Ceph to databases.
