Sales Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for day‑to‑day sales operations, including data management, process execution, analysis and reporting.
Use sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks in the sales pipeline and execution model.
Develop, manage, and distribute accurate sales reports and dashboards to track key metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, cycle time).
Manage and maintain Halo’s CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, hygiene, and accurate representation of the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with Finance to provide data for sales forecasting inputs to support financial planning and budgeting processes.
Administer and refine sales supporting functions such as quota setting and territory alignment.
Collaborate with sales team leaders to document and refine sales processes to improve workflow and overall sales team productivity.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a quantitative field.
2+ years of experience in Sales, Operations, or a highly analytical business function.
Practical experience with Salesforce CRM administration and reporting, including dashboard creation and process automation.
Familiarity with AI tools and applications.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and business recommendations.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience administering elements of sales infrastructure, such as sales compensation, quota modeling, or territory planning.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present detailed analysis clearly and concisely to internal stakeholders.
