Consult on best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM policies. Act as Oracle Cloud HCM SME to understand business requirements and interpret them into appropriate configurations of the Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Provide best‑practice guidance on business processes and implementation. Publish weekly status reports to the project management team and coordinate efforts between other Module resources to implement the best solution for the client. Maintain system related processes and documentation and suggest changes to procedures. Assist with continuous process improvement and provide insights into best practices. Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions and reports. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Lead with 5‑7+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud. Expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and experience with Absence, OTL, Payroll modules. Experience with public sector clients like state governments, counties and cities (plus). Experience with monthly and quarterly patch testing/issue resolution, perform impact analysis and testing. Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testing. Produce end‑user documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer. Strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills, excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, interpersonal skills. Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with a diverse group of people, independent, take initiative with minimal supervision yet able to participate as a team member. Organized and detail oriented. Hybrid work arrangement, up to 40% or 2 days a week at home on weekends based on project requirements. Salary range: $90,500.00 – $211,300.00 per year. Regular full‑time professional role. No visa sponsorship. EEO Statement
