Seeking a Lean Manufacturing Project Manager to lead and implement Lean strategies that drive operational excellence, process optimization, and continuous improvement across the organization. This role will manage initiatives focused on reducing cost, improving OEE, enhancing capacity, and standardizing work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement activities
Conduct value stream mapping to optimize material and information flow
Develop and implement standard work across departments
Use Lean Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, PDCA, 5S/6S) for problem solving
Report on improvement metrics (daily, weekly, monthly)
Recommend enhancements for layout, safety, and equipment
Mentor and support Green Belt certification efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support off-shift work when needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
3+ years of project management experience in a technical or regulated environment
Knowledge of medical device regulations (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, 21 CFR 820)
Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project); SolidWorks is
