In this full‑time hybrid position based in Dallas, you’ll lead end‑to‑end initiatives that directly influence company performance by improving user acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. While the initial focus will be on the mobile application, the role will expand over time to include broader platform initiatives that elevate the overall user experience and business impact.

Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives) to ensure execution quality and velocity.
Oversee QA and regression testing for high‑confidence mobile releases.
Conduct competitive and quantitative analysis to identify growth opportunities and feature priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management and/or mobile/web analytics.
Proven track record driving growth, engagement, and conversion for consumer mobile applications.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in A/B testing, funnel metrics, and data‑driven decision‑making.
Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to align the team toward a shared goal.
Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and proactive, with a strong ownership mindset.
Bonus points for experience integrating AI‑driven tools and frameworks to develop proofs of concept (POCs) for personalization, automation, and user insights.
Preferred Qualifications & Prior Experience
Experience at a startup or travel‑tech company.
Experience with mobile analytics, attribution, and engagement platforms (e.g., Firebase, Kochava, Mixpanel, Braze, PostHog, or similar tools).
Technical familiarity with React Native, Flutter, Node.js, GCP, and SQL.
Background in cross‑platform systems or mobile infrastructure.
Passion for travel, innovation, and creating experiences that inspire exploration.
