We’ll Count on You To:
Agile Coaching and Facilitation:
Guide, coach, and motivate teams to increase Agile fluency and adoption; organize and lead Scrum ceremonies; facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Project and Scope Management:
Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables; ensure progress tracking and communication through Agile metrics; conduct quarterly planning (Sprint Zero) in coordination with other squads across the tribe; identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Coordinate activities with other squads across the program; partner with and support Product Owners and Tribe Leads; participate in Scrum of Scrums and collaborate with other Scrum Masters; contribute to the Scrum Master chapter and various Communities of Practice (CoPs) including Coaching CoP to set standards and improve best practices; promote Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility.
What You Need to Have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
Experience in coaching and development of squads and other Scrum Masters.
Experience working with fully distributed Scrum teams.
3‑5 years of working experience in various Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.
Strong communications, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Agile and continuous improvement mindset with dedication to uncovering better ways of working.
Passion for continuous learning and personal development.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
Experience in mentoring people.
In‑depth knowledge of Jira (Jira AI, Automation, Dashboards, Goals, Timeline, Plan, JQL Filters, Analytics, Custom Charts), Confluence, MS Teams, MS Whiteboard, MS Forms.
Familiar with prompt engineering and Generative AI.
Experience in Behavior‑Driven Development, organizing and conducting workshops such as Event Storming and User Story Mapping.

FOR CHICAGO ROLES ONLY:
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $115,000 and $125,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job‑related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long‑term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
