Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Responsibilities The CFO is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, partnering closely with the President/CEO, COO, and other senior leaders. Responsibilities include:
Strategic financial leadership and operational oversight.
Ensuring financial integrity, accurate forecasting, effective budgeting, and GAAP compliance.
Managing accounting, finance, treasury, tax, bonding, insurance, and risk functions.
Funding, banking, and bonding relationship management.
Leading a high‑performing finance and accounting team. Collaborating across all business lines and driving process improvements.
Supporting new market opportunities and the company’s growth strategy.
Education, Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (required).
CPA, CCIFP, or MBA strongly preferred.
Experience in a self‑perform contractor environment preferred; general construction industry experience required.
Deep understanding of project accounting, WIP reporting, construction‑industry cash projections, and other financial drivers.
15+ years of progressive financial leadership, including executive‑level responsibility.
