We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to lead and contribute to complex software engineering initiatives.

This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java-based applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the technical domain. Contribute to strategic planning and architecture for large-scale systems. Design, code, test, debug, and document Java-based applications and services. Review and resolve technical challenges, ensuring alignment with best practices. Act as a technical lead and escalation point for development teams. Collaborate with peers, stakeholders, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve project goals. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software engineering or equivalent. Strong proficiency in Java (Java 11 or later preferred). Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Java EE. Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and testing tools like Cucumber, Postman, and Playwright. Experience with Oracle DB and relational database management. Solid understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns (e.g., MVC, Structural). Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps). Experience with cloud platforms such as PCF or Azure. Working knowledge of container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. Experience with middleware tools like MQ and API management platforms like Apigee. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Exposure to secure coding practices and performance optimization.
