Our headquarters office is seeking a Chief Financial Officer who will be responsible for all accounting and financial processes in the financial reporting and budgeting cycle for Recovery Centers of Montana (RCM).
This position requires expertise in the financial life cycle of a healthcare business including revenue cycle management, planning, reporting, and accounting.

Essential Job Functions Planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions. Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results. Coordinating and preparing internl and external financial statements. Coordinating activities of external auditors. Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process. Managing the budget process. Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes. Evaluating accounting and internal control systems. Evaluating the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed. Developing and monitoring business performance metrics. Overseeing regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance. Hiring, training, and retaining skilled accounting staff.
Requirements Bachelors in Accounting or Finance. Professional accreditation such as certified public accountant (CPA), certified management accountant (CMA), and/or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) strongly preferred. 2+ years of Accounting and Finance experience required. Accounting and/or finance experience in a healthcare setting. Deep knowledge of all aspects of GAAP. Dedication to completing challenging tasks in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. Fanatical attention to detail. Ability to work independently, but communicate and elevate problems appropriately. Solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills.
