Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group, a multi-specialty group including cardiology, neurology, primary care, geriatrics, GI, urology and others, seeks a general urologist. This employed opportunity offers a high volume of procedures, including ample surgical cases and OR time.

New service line
Medicare 80%+
No pediatrics
40-60 daily patients between physicians
Post‑surgery rounding for inpatient procedures on clinic patients
85% in clinic, 15% surgery
Typical procedures: cystoscopy, vasectomy, TRUS measurement, TRUS biopsy, T improv plate implant, urodynamics
Call: 7 days per month
The Ideal Candidate
Excellent clinical and leadership skills
Collaborates with leadership to design, develop, execute roll‑out of service line
Entrepreneurial spirit, directs and supervises development, implementation and monitoring of policies, budgets, etc.
Dedicated to delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to patients in the Prescott area
Member in good standing of the hospital medical staff
Duty licensed to practice in Arizona
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in urology
Positive collegial relations with colleagues, support staff, hospital‑based providers, administrators, patients
Advanced competency in urology

Residency and fellowship in urology from ACGME‑approved programs
Current board‑certified or board‑eligible in urology
Valid state medical license (MD or DO)
