Role Overview Saviynt’s AI‑powered identity platform safeguards digital assets and drives operational efficiency. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you collaborate with Account Executives and Regional VPs to sell Access Governance and Identity Security solutions integrated with Artificial Intelligence to new and existing accounts. You will engage in technical discovery, RFP responses, PoC delivery, trade show participation, and product marketing contributions.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver technical presentations demonstrating enterprise solutions and workflow intelligence.

Communicate solution value to business and technical audiences, meeting prospective client requirements.

Provide needs assessment, consultation, technical solutions, and support with Saviynt professionals.

Collaborate with sales and global bid teams to respond to RFx inquiries and curate responses.

Prioritize and manage top regional opportunities, driving them to closure.

Provide solution feedback and competitive intelligence to product management and marketing.

Ramp and coach Solutions Engineers on demonstration, RFP responses, presentations, PoC scope and execution.

Travel up to 60 % domestically.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of solutions‑engineering experience with Identity Governance & Administration, Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, Application GRC, or Identity Security.

Strong affinity with Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, LLM, Agentic AI.

In‑depth knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI).

Knowledge of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, CloudFormation.

Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related area, or equivalent technical certifications.

Peer collaboration, domain expertise, exemplary communication and relationship skills.

Business and technical document creation skills, technical aptitude, listening skills, influence, presentation and group facilitation, analytical and problem‑solving skills, customer responsiveness, positive attitude.

Additional Requirements

Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter.

Review and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures: Data Classification, Incident Response, Business Continuity, Mobile Device, Account Management, Access Control, Personnel Security, Privacy.

Location Located in the Northeastern US, the role is remote with travel.
