As a
Staff Software Engineer , you’ll drive high‑impact architectural decisions, lead core system development, and ship features that elevate both code‑based and no‑code automation experiences. You’ll help shape a platform that empowers developers and non‑technical users alike—delivering tools powerful enough for experts and intuitive enough for anyone to adopt.
What You’ll Do
Architect and evolve world‑class APIs, SDKs, UI components and developer tooling that power the entire AI agent ecosystem
Lead and ship features end‑to‑end across backend, frontend, workflows, and no‑code interfaces
Build deep, extensible code and no‑code capabilities enabling customers to create automations with speed and sophistication
Work hands‑on across the full TypeScript ecosystem:
Node, Express, Prisma, React, Next.js
Drive testing excellence, reliability, and CI/CD using
Cypress, Playwright , and modern tooling
Design and implement advanced RAG pipelines, data orchestration layers, and durable object‑based systems for intelligent automation
Influence engineering standards, mentor teammates, and elevate technical quality across the stack
What They’re Looking For
Strong commercial engineering experience with
staff‑level impact
and the ability to lead complex technical initiatives
Deep expertise in
TypeScript
across backend, frontend and tooling
Strong experience with
Node, Express, React, Next.js, Prisma , and modern ORMs
Proven track record shipping complex APIs, SDKs, developer platforms or distributed systems
Robust testing background with
Cypress, Playwright
and a passion for reliability and code quality
Bonus: workflow automation, durable objects, RAG pipelines, data orchestration, or web scraping
Product‑minded engineer who is pragmatic, collaborative, and motivated by building features users love
