Location Good Samaritan Hospital, Suffern, NY – outpatient office adjacent to GSH inpatient and outpatient facility.
Job Summary The Westchester Medical Center Health Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is recruiting an Orthopedic Traumatologist to join our academic practice. The successful applicant will work in a busy American College of Surgeons accredited Level 3 trauma center located in a beautiful suburban setting 25 minutes north of New York City.
Responsibilities
Perform general orthopaedic surgery and orthopaedic foot & ankle surgery
Work within a highly respected department supporting orthopaedic residency and fellowship training programs
Provide clinical leadership and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Board certified or board eligible by the ABOS
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in orthopaedic surgery
Excellent clinical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Eligible for an academic appointment at New York Medical College
