Save Job

About DocuSketch DocuSketch builds software that helps restoration and insurance professionals document, estimate, and restore properties efficiently. We help make traditionally cumbersome processes during difficult moments for homes and businesses fast, efficient, and transparent.

Our products make a real difference for the people who use them. A single piece of customer feedback reflects who we strive to be: "DocuSketch is a game changer." As we scale, we need robust business systems that support growth without creating operational friction. This includes migrating billing logic, integrating usage metering with financial systems, and ensuring that product configuration flows seamlessly into pricing and entitlements.

The Role As a Senior Technical Product Manager, Business Systems & Integration, you will join a high‑agency team focused on building the operational backbone that powers DocuSketch’s business. Your primary customers are internal teams: Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success. You will connect systems such as CRM, billing, usage data, ERP, and product databases to enable seamless data flows and process automation.

This role requires someone who can drive complex, cross‑functional implementations while bringing clarity to ambiguous technical environments. You will bridge business requirements with system architecture, translating between executive stakeholders and engineering teams. You’ll be equally comfortable discussing revenue recognition rules with the CFO as you are mapping API data flows with backend engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Drive complex cross‑functional implementations bridging business operations, finance, engineering, and IT.

Own the integration and data flow strategy between CRM, billing systems, ERP, and product databases.

Translate business process requirements from Finance and Operations into system behaviors and technical specifications.

Map data flows, review API documentation, and discuss architecture with engineering teams.

Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation between systems, working closely with data and engineering teams.

Lead process redesign initiatives, stakeholder training, and documentation for system changes.

Manage complex migration projects (e.g., moving billing logic from the application layer to NetSuite).

Align multiple functions (Finance, Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to new workflows and systems.

Combine agile iteration methods with classic project rigor (timelines, milestones, risk management).

Drive clarity from ambiguity, especially when upstream systems are poorly documented or inconsistent.

Requirements Required

5+ years of technical product management or program management experience.

Strong understanding of how business systems connect (CRM, billing, ERP, product databases).

Experience with data integration patterns: APIs, ETL pipelines, event‑driven systems.

Proven ability to drive large, complex, cross‑functional projects to completion.

Ability to read API documentation, map data flows, and discuss technical architecture intelligently.

Experience translating business requirements into system specifications.

Preferred

Experience with ERP systems (revenue recognition, invoicing, usage metering).

Background in usage‑based billing or SaaS pricing models.

Understanding of product configuration, pricing, and entitlements architecture.

Computer science or technical degree/background.

Traditional project management or program management experience with enterprise‑scale initiatives.

Experience with business process redesign and change management.

Previous work at B2B SaaS companies with complex billing or financial systems.

Who You Are

Systems Thinker: You understand how complex business systems interconnect and can map dependencies across platforms.

Technically Fluent: You can read API docs, understand data schemas, and hold intelligent architecture discussions with engineers—even if you don’t write code yourself.

Delivery‑Focused: You combine agile iteration with classic project discipline to ship complex initiatives on time.

Internal Customer Advocate: You empathize with Finance, Operations, and internal product teams, understanding their workflows and pain points.

Clarity Driver: You excel at bringing structure to ambiguous situations, especially when dealing with messy or undocumented systems.

Change Leader: You understand that system migrations require organizational alignment, training, and communication—not just technical work.
