Overview We’re seeking an organized Office Manager to support our healthcare practice’s daily operations. This role ensures smooth patient flow, manages staff and provider schedules, handles administrative tasks, and acts as a key contact for providers, patients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Supervises clerical/billing staff, including hiring, training, appraisals, and disciplinary actions.

Oversees daily operations, billing, financial records, and third‑party claims, ensuring accuracy.

Manages employee attendance, time cards, overtime, and clerical functions like patient scheduling.

Monitors and maintains supplies, equipment, and maintenance contracts.

Handles patient financial discussions, billing inquiries, and liaises between patients and staff.

Ensures compliance with departmental policies, quality assurance, safety, and infection control standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

2‑5+ years of medical office experience, preferably in a hospital/medical setting essential.

Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database programs

Familiarity with third‑party insurance billing policies and procedures

Strong interpersonal and English written & verbal communication skills

Pay Range USD $66,647.00 - USD $73,000.00 /Yr.
