The Business Integrations Program Manager serves as a thought partner to executive leadership and is responsible for driving the success of high-priority initiatives through expert facilitation, strong program management, and the ability to connect and align cross-functional teams.This role requires the ability to maintain objectivity and exercise sound judgement to maximize business value with an effective balance of speed, quality, and stakeholder buy-in. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and problem-solver, able to seamlessly shift between strategic thinking and tactical implementation to achieve meaningful results. Effectively influences and holds individuals accountable, whether or not explicit authority is provided, by creating a shared commitment to outcomes.**Change Management**Effectively helps teams navigate complex organizational changes.**Qualifications*** 5-10 years of experience in role requiring the key skills and competencies listed for this position* Proficiency in MS Office as well as collaboration, project management, and data analytics/visualization tools* Experience in investment and asset management industry (preferred)* Management and training experience (preferred)**Requirements:*** Dodge & Cox has a 4/1 hybrid work model, and all Dodge & Cox employees are required to be in their assigned office as noted in the job posting Monday - Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely on Friday.## The salary range for this position is $160,000k - $200,000k.## The listed pay scale denotes only the pay range of the base salary and does not include discretionary bonus compensation, which may make up an important portion of the total remuneration.
