Product Manager – Insurance Product Enablement
Join GEICO as a Product Manager focused on building and scaling the best‑in‑class insurance sales experience.
Base Pay Range $100,450.00 – $157,850.00 per year.
Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for the sales experience across all channels, driving customer‑obsessed product solutions.
Partner with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, business, data) to define requirements, scope releases, and deliver releases on time.
Deeply understand front‑end experience, capabilities, and downstream services that support everyday sales needs.
Influence organizational change through proper scoping, process improvements, and a positive team culture.
Coach and mentor other product managers.
Qualifications
5+ years in agile product management, managing the full product lifecycle.
Strong analytical and data‑driven decision making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
Experience delivering product in a high‑growth technology environment.
Underwriting, rating, or insurance product knowledge is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Insurance industry experience and customer‑first mindset.
Product vision, go‑to‑market strategy, and design discussion experience.
Quantitative and qualitative data expertise to inform design decisions.
Regular reporting on product performance and opportunity identification.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering or computer science.
