Senior Audit Associate – Accounting Advisory Firm
Our clients team is growing, and we’re looking for a sharp, motivated
Senior Audit Associate
to join their accounting advisory practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys complex problem-solving, and is ready to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute audit engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients
Review financial statements, workpapers, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance
Assist clients with technical accounting matters, process improvements, and internal controls
Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and review of their work
Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to clients and firm leadership
Stay current on evolving accounting standards and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
2–4+ years of public accounting or audit experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
