About the Role As a member of our Business Systems Engineering team, you will build or improve tools that are used daily by Go to Market teams. Our goal is to find bottlenecks and friction points, and drive process improvements as well as come up with technical solutions. Our team is the custodian of data that is used by sales, order, finance, support teams. We emphasize automation over operation, metrics over anecdotes, iteration over perfection and being proactive over responsive.

What You'll Do

Design and implement technical solutions that will span between AWS, Salesforce and NetSuite

Improve systems observability and invest in reliability & correctness of data

Develop customer empathy to propose improvements to systems

Lead projects from ideation to release

Help and mentor junior engineers

What You Bring

8+ years of software engineering with a focus on distributed systems at scale

Shipped customer facing products or internal tools in the past

Flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced startup environment

Passion for observability and reliability

In-depth expertise in distributed systems and data processing

AWS Cloud experience touching foundational blocks like: Kubernetes, Fargate, Lambda, Airflow, Athena, DynamoDB, VPC, and EC2.

Bonus: Experience with data infrastructure and data analytics

Annual Pay Range $180,000 - $300,000 USD
