PeopleSoft Technical Analyst
Job Summary
Provide technical support for a custom PeopleSoft Leave & Absence application and integrations with new HCM systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues and implement enhancements in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 applications.
Design, develop, and deliver project solutions using PeopleSoft programming tools and scripting.
Develop and maintain data integration processes between PeopleSoft and other systems.
Perform unit and system integration testing of customizations and integrations.
Utilize Oracle Database, SQL, SQR, Application Designer, Component Interface, and other PeopleSoft tools for daily tasks.
Develop and support reporting and interface solutions.
Apply PUM updates and analyze Compare Reports.
Manage PeopleSoft security and portal structure.
Work with both PeopleSoft Classic and FLUID UI.
Collaborate and communicate effectively within a team environment.
Leverage experience with PeopleSoft modules such as Human Resources, Payroll for North America, Time & Attendance, Manager/Employee Self Service, and Enterprise Performance Management.
Use PeopleTools 8.6x including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Workflow, Process Scheduler, Component Interface, App Engine, Application Messaging, Performance Monitor, SQR, Query, Data Mover, XML Publisher, Import Manager, Change Assistant, Upgrade Assistant, Security, Tree Manager, Integration Broker/Web Services.
