Tax Consultant Hybrid – Seattle, WA (Onsite Training) Contract: Expected December 2025 – March 2026 Day to Day Responsibilities Manage a high volume tickets coming from contacts globally responding within 3 days of inquiry Serve as an internal “traffic controller” to get each ticket to the correct team (Tax, AP, Compliance, Regional Finance, etc.). Maintain highly nuanced coordination across many global and regional business uniys Act as a buffer for global teams in different time zones—ensuring continuity of work when overseas teams are offline. Organize, store, and track documents to assist internal teams with audit, compliance, and treaty-related obligations. Identify recurring issues in ticket workflows and propose process improvements. Assist in documenting procedures for ticket handling, treaty-document workflows, and country-specific nuances. Contribute to internal knowledge bases and support materials. Requirements & Qualifications 5–7 years of professional experience, primarily in Tax or a tax-adjacent enterprise environment. Experience working in or supporting large, complex global organizations. Strong understanding of: Withholding tax concepts, Treaty rates and tax documentation Exceptional attention to detail and comfort managing high-volume, nuanced operational tasks. Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across multiple stakeholders and regions. Strong written communication and ability to summarize tax-related questions clearly for internal teams.
