Principal SAP TM Consultant As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team and subject matter expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business process consulting and solution design.

Develop, configure and deploy SAP TM solutions, including integration with other SAP modules.

Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and internal capability building.

Contribute to proposal development, client training, and scope definition.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.

At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.

Position based in Cleveland, Ohio; may require travel to project/client locations.

Authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 11 years of experience in SAP implementation programs, with strong experience in SAP Transportation Management module and integration to other SAP modules.

Experience in Chemicals or other process industries.

Hands‑on experience in SAP TM in an S/4HANA implementation program.

Ability to handle requirement gathering, blueprint, design, configuration, functional testing, and test data setup.

Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel data analysis, and excellent communication and documentation skills.

Knowledge or certification of S/4HANA and Scrum Master/Agile Coach beneficial.

Strong client‑facing experience with presentation skills.

Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinate delivery between onsite and offshore.

Flexible work timings for remote work and offshore overlap.

The role may entail extensive travel and require sitting or working at a computer for extended periods. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
