$100,000 - $120,000 / year Job Summary As Executive Chef, you will lead all kitchen operations while ensuring a safe, sanitary, and high-quality culinary environment. You’ll oversee menu planning, food preparation, and staff development in line with company standards and client expectations. This role is ideal for a hands‑on, entrepreneurial culinary leader with a passion for excellence. Key Responsibilities

Plan menus (regular and modified) aligned with company guidelines. Ensure consistency in recipes, portions, and presentation; review production and waste logs. Train and coach staff on food preparation, safety, sanitation, and equipment use. Maintain cleaning, sanitation, and equipment schedules. Manage inventory and control food/non-food costs. Oversee use of leftovers in compliance with company policy. Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations. Participate in departmental meetings, staff training, and development programs. Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of progressive kitchen leadership experience (institutional or high-volume preferred). Strong catering and batch cooking background. Proven hands‑on chef experience. Knowledge of food trends, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools. ServSafe certification (preferred). Commitment to client satisfaction programs. Benefits
