Principal Solutions Architect – Epsilon Join us in this critical role where you will act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the entire client lifecycle, from initial sales engagement to post‑sales integration and expansion.

Overview The Principal Solutions Architect serves as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on SaaS, API, and first‑party integrations, and shaping technical solutions for new and existing clients. You will collaborate closely with Business Development, Product teams, and Client Integration Engineering to design technical plans, scope integration requirements, and ensure seamless handoffs.

Key Responsibilities

Client Technical Engagement – Serve as primary technical liaison during pre‑sales and client expansion initiatives.

Solution Design & Proposal – Work with internal teams to design integration solutions, develop detailed documentation, and present options.

Integration Architecture – Provide guidance on architecture and setup of integrations from engagement to expansion.

Requirements Communication – Translate complex technical concepts to clients, ensuring clear understanding of scope and implementation steps.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with Business Development, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align technical and business goals.

Client Relationship Management – Build trust, gather feedback, and support continuous optimization of integration offerings.

Pre‑Sales Handoff & Documentation – Facilitate seamless handoff to implementation, maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

5‑10+ years of experience in technical pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or integration advisory roles.

Hands‑on experience with SaaS, API, and first‑party integration architecture.

Proven ability to engage clients, design and communicate technical solutions.

Experience with cross‑functional collaboration (Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success).

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to deliver clear presentations.

Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing integration effectiveness.

Experience in SaaS or technology industry; familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise integration.

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Integration Specialist) desired.
