RPA Architect

to help shape the future of automation within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions, with a strong focus on UiPath. Job Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend automation strategies.

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes.

Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployments.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process maps, and operational support materials.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure security, compliance, and governance of automation solutions.

Provide production support, including monitoring and resolving incidents related to RPA workflows.

Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions for performance and scalability.

Train and mentor team members in RPA tools and techniques.

Skills & Requirements

H.S. Diploma or GED required

Master's degree in science preferred

10 years major system design & implementation experience required

Management or project leadership preferred

Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience. Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience. Up to two (2) years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to two (2) years of information systems experience on a month-to-month basis.

Experience with UiPath Document Understanding is highly preferred

2–5 years of professional experience in RPA development preferred

Strong proficiency in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot components) preferred

UiPath Certified Solutions Architect Preferred

UiPath Certified RPA Developer Required

UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer Preferred
