* Develops existing and new syndicate client relationships* Executes all investment grade and SSA USD transactions* Provides market updates of investment grade issuers as well as frequent borrowers when needed in the U.S., Canada, and Europe, in concert with DCM partners in Toronto, London, and Singapore* Prepares and recommends best pricing solutions for interest rate and cross-currency derivative transactions* Provides new issue documentation (e.g. ISDA negotiations, term sheet, book runner, and swap summary)* Provides support of the team on all fixed income new issues and structured MTN business* Provides guidance and desk coverage for members of the New York Origination & Syndication team where appropriate* Maximizes the profitability of the business by maintaining and enhancing the Banks profile and market share* Adheres personally and at a desk level to the firm's procedures* Understands and complies with TD Securities (USA) Policies, regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring that transactions are fully documented and processed accurately and in a timely manner* Communicates bank, policy information, and strategy between the product head and relevant trading personnel* Provides Expert Knowledge of market data, economic information and key industry developments as well as regulatory standards at all times to assist in maximizing profitability through sound trading decisions.
