About the role In this role, you’ll own the delivery of all Outsmart applications. As an early member of the engineering team you’ll play a critical role in setting the tone for Outsmart’s technical culture including setting standards for quality and scalability. You will lead CI/CD and Ops for Outsmart’s engineering team and will be expected to lead tooling decisions where necessary.

Responsibilities

Define and own CI/CD for engineering

Govern and optimize Github

Define and own monitoring: ELK or equivalent

Establish and enforce Outsmart’s security posture

Act as administrator to all critical systems

Define and enforce version control paradigm for all environments and builds

Facilitate database migrations and ensure stability and scalability of Outsmart’s backend

Generalize to other technical functions when needed: SysAdmin, IT, QA, Fullstack

Qualifications

5+ years experience in hands‑on fullstack role

Deep and proven experience with CI/CD tooling and techniques

Experience enabling ML/MLOps teams

Experience enabling Mobile teams

Experience shipping mobile applications at scale

Proven track record of enabling telemetry and cost optimization

Defined and enforced security for mobile products

Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
