* Assist with onboarding and integration of new UCFP leadership team members.* Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to advance enterprise objectives.* Plans and develops program objectives and/or content. Researches and identifies trends and needs and establishes program directions accordingly.* Serves as a key resource for program information. Resolves problems or questions referred by program staff, University administrators, or other contingencies.* Performs other related work as needed.* 7+ years of progressive experience in project management, healthcare administration, or strategy strongly preferred.* Experience in an academic medical center, university, or integrated healthcare system strongly preferred.* Direct supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred.* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution.* Strong business acumen with knowledge of healthcare market trends, legislation, and financial performance drivers.* Skilled in facilitation, consensus-building, and relationship management across diverse groups.* Adaptable and responsive in a dynamic, evolving healthcare environment.* High level of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and interpersonal effectiveness.* Hands-on experience leading large-scale projects across all phases of the project lifecycle.* Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.* Strong skills in planning, influencing, problem-solving, and communication (verbal, written, presentation).* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar).* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.* Familiarity with governance processes, board administration, and managing external partnerships.* Knowledge of ambulatory care operations and experience collaborating with physicians.* Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional projects in a healthcare environment.* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with relational databases and the ability to learn proprietary data systems.When applying, the document(s) **MUST** be uploaded via the **My Experience** page, in the section titled **Application Documents** of the application.The University of Chicago is an urban research university that has driven new ways of thinking since 1890.
