We are seeking an organized, results-driven

Project Manager

to lead and oversee our projects from planning through completion. This role is central to coordinating people, processes, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities

Plan and define project scope

in collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership. Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables. Track project performance using KPIs, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams. Manage risks and proactively resolve issues to minimize project disruptions. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and organizational procedures. Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders and executives. Facilitate project close-out including documentation, lessons learned, and client handoff. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus). 3–5+ years of professional project management experience, preferably in

construction, AV integration, or technology installations . Proficiency with project management tools such as

MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms . Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to travel to project sites across Ohio, Florida, Texas, and Arizona. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. What We Offer
