Your Impact as a Commercial Excellence Associate
As a Commercial Excellence Associate, you will be a key driver of our commercial strategy and operational effectiveness. You'll partner with hospital leadership and Home Office teams to analyze performance, optimize processes, and ensure the successful execution of growth initiatives across our 850+ hospitals.

Partner Directly with Leadership:
You will work directly with the VP of Commercial Excellence as a do-it-all partner, gaining unique exposure and opportunity across a very high-growth organization.

You'll handle a variety of high-impact projects spanning vendor relations, negotiations, pharmacy adoption, growth initiatives, product strategy, and performance tracking.

Your Impact Will Include:
Supporting Strategic Initiatives:
You'll operate under the direction of the VP of Commercial Excellence to analyze, structure, and support strategic initiatives across the business.
Acting as a Flexible Problem-Solver:
You will jump into new opportunities, special projects, or operational challenges as they arise.
Collaborating Cross-Functionally:
You will partner with operations, analytics, finance, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Preparing Executive-Level Updates:
You will create presentations, memos, and updates for leadership teams.
Driving Performance:
You'll proactively identify ways to improve efficiency, adoption, and commercial performance.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Bachelor's Degree Required; MBA preferred.
2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, analytics, operations, or a related field (preferably in healthcare, tech, or retail).
A "high ceiling" and motivation to grow, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for results.
A self-starter attitude with strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, question results, generate insights, and construct solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear business insights.
The ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
