What You Will Do
Provide tax compliance and tax advisory services to individuals, partnerships, trusts, estates, and private foundations. Develop, build, and manage client relationships as part of the proposal process. Participate in networking activities to expand business opportunities and client relationships. Maintain functional expertise and understanding of a client’s business or family structure to address client concerns and challenges. Assist with managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff. Review and manage projects prepared by tax associates and seniors. Effectively delegate responsibilities to others and monitor engagement teams’ efforts. Use technology tools in regular assignments and demonstrate a commitment to improving work processes through technology. Research complex tax issues, apply findings to projects, and communicate findings clearly in writing. Total Rewards Package

9+ years in public accounting or a corporate tax department. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA license. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Taxation or Law. Partnership tax experience.
