Cohen Children’s Medical Center , The Department of Pediatrics of Northwell Health and The Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell seek a Board Certified Pediatric Hepatologist to join the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition as the Medical Director of the Pediatric Liver Transplant program.
Our program is at the forefront of pediatric hepatology, offering comprehensive care for children with both transplant and non‑transplant liver diseases. Our multidisciplinary team consists of medical and surgical specialists that includes advanced pediatric biliary endoscopy, pediatric and liver pathologists, pediatric and interventional radiology, nursing, and social work to ensure that each child receives personalized, top‑notch care.
Ideal Candidate
Board Certification in both Pediatric Gastroenterology and Pediatric Transplant Hepatology
At least 5‑10 years of experience in an active pediatric liver transplant program
Proven track record of clinical and research excellence
Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
