Position Highlights The Director of Mahoning Valley Surgery Center oversees the efficient and effective operations of the surgery center, ensuring high‑quality anesthesia care and supporting a range of initiatives to improve patient care and safety. The role involves providing operational and anesthesia support, assisting with quality improvement projects, promoting sustainability, responding to safety events, and collaborating with surgeons and perioperative surgical home providers. The Director works closely with the Chair of Anesthesia to streamline anesthesia care across the institution.

Requirements
MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology
Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesiology
Eligibility for an active Ohio medical license
A commitment to excellence in patient care, safety, and collaboration
The incumbent will be board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Anesthesia and will be able to obtain an active medical license in the state of Ohio.
