* 7+ years of experience in backend development.* Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or Node.js.* Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and No SQL).* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).* Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.* Excellent leadership and communication skills.* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.* Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.* Excellent ability to communicate complex technical ideas with clarity and precision in both written and verbal modes across multiple functional teams* Passionate about coaching and mentoring engineers of all experience levels* Passionate about solving deep technical challenges**Benefits:**
