This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned ER veterinarian with at least five (5) years of experience, who thrives in fast‑paced environments and is motivated by mentorship, medical excellence, and collaborative leadership.

Your Impact as Medical Director

Provide medical oversight and guidance to ER veterinarians and support staff

Champion medical quality, evidence-based practices, and continuous improvement

Work closely with hospital management on workflow, staffing, and strategic initiatives

Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive hospital culture

Help drive recruitment, development, and retention of top‑tier veterinary talent

Maintain a clinical caseload that supports strong team presence and connection
