Job Title: North America Events Coordinator Location: San Francisco, CA 94158 (Hybrid – Tues through Thur) Duration: 12 months NOTE: Candidates must have direct, hands-on tradeshow experience. Please specify relevant experience. Candidates without this experience should be excluded. Overview: Client is seeking a passionate, collaborative, and detail-oriented Event Manager to join our North America Events team. This individual will report to the Director of North America Events and will be responsible for planning and executing trade shows and related events throughout the year. The manager will handle exhibits, sponsorships, event logistics, and manage aspects of the North America Events' key client and employee events. The position is based in Foster City or San Francisco, California. Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant event management experience with a bachelor’s degree Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) preferred Experience supporting trade shows and small networking events Knowledge of Payments industry or Fintech event experience a plus Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with technology and data management Basic graphic design skills (image resizing, cropping, etc.) Experience managing project documents via MS Teams and similar tools Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a dynamic environment Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, including website copy and event communications Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work with urgency Trustworthy with sensitive information Travel Requirements: Travel up to 10% Seniority level
