$110K - $170K (Base) What Youll Do Full-cycle recruiting for engineering, GTM, and opsfrom cold outreach to Day-1 onboarding Process design: data-driven pipelines, scorecards, and metrics that scale with headcount Candidate experience: engage with each candidate actively and with care to leave a strong impression and reflect our values Collaborative hiring: work with Founders, rest of team, agencies to drive hiring strategy based on growth goals Storytelling: pitch GigaMLs mission so convincingly that top talent cant walk away
