The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and have an interest in surgical education. Faculty members are expected to uphold the department's mission of clinical excellence, education, and research. Responsibilities include teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and engaging in research across various fields such as clinical, outcomes, health services, basic science, translational, ethics, education, or global surgery. Participation in hospital-wide committees and collaboration with colleagues are also essential. Qualified applicants must demonstrate a commitment to service, achievement in their field, and alignment with the department's goals.
