The Shift Manager position is per a 40‑hour work week at an independent franchise of McDonald’s. This franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA; all employment matters are handled exclusively by the franchisee. Compensation
NOW STARTING AT $34,320 per year based on a 40‑hour work week. Scholarships available for current college students. Responsibilities
Lead daily shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service and compliance with McDonald’s standards. Plan each shift, monitor performance, enforce safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to guarantee a seamless handoff. Help assigned departments meet their goals and meet shift targets. Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Benefits
