Job Overview Our on‑site Program Management team in
Manhattan, NY
is looking to add a driven and collaborative
Document Controls Professional . You will provide support and oversight in the definition and implementation of Document Management and related systems, working with physical and electronic documents. You will also have regular contact with clients, suppliers, or company employees outside the immediate work area to exchange information. Daily work includes archiving completed projects, document retrieval, reproduction, and filing and naming.
Responsibilities
Archive completed projects
Retrieve documents
Reproduce documents
File and name documents
Work closely with program management team and stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Management
Minimum 2 years’ experience with project / program document management systems
Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel
Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to work from the on‑site office Monday – Friday
Preferred Qualifications
Experience closing out construction projects
Experience using reproduction equipment for large format printing, binding, booklets, etc.
